When will your next magazine be released?
We publish While Entertaining Magazine on a yearly basis. Our magazines are a labor of love and they are truly meant to last. Each year, pre-sale starts on January 1 and we start shipping on February 1.
Something is wrong with my order. How can I contact customer support?

What is your privacy policy?
We never sell your name, email address, mailing address, or any other personal information to third parties for any reason. Click here to read more.
Shipping
When will my order be shipped?
All standard orders (except pre-orders) are shipped within 72 hours of purchase via USPS or UPS. You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.

Once your order is shipped and tracking numbers are sent, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier service. If you have questions or feedback about your order, please email hello@whileentertaining.com. 
I need to change my address! 
Please contact customer service with the correct address at hello@whileentertaining.com within 24 hours of your purchase. 

Once the package has shipped, we are unable to alter the address. We do not refund orders or send additional shipments for free if the order has shipped.
Do you ship to my country? 
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada only. For orders outside of the U.S. and Canada, please consider purchasing one of our digital issues instead! 
Returns & Exchanges 
Can I return my product?
Once shipped, magazines and products are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel your order or subscription, contact customer support at hello@whileentertaining.com within 24 hours of your purchase. 
Digital Items
How do I receive my digital item(s)?
After purchase, an email will be sent to you with a link to download the magazine. You will be restricted to 3 downloads per purchase. 
Can I print your issues from my digital file, and/or distribute them?
Purchase of digital goods does not transfer ownership or give the customer the right to redistribute or resell. Digital issues may NOT be reproduced in print.
I haven't received my digital item(s)! 
First, be sure the email you ordered with is the email you are checking! Check spam, as well as the "promotions" and "social" tabs in your email. 
If you still cannot find the download email, contact customer support at hello@whileentertaining.com and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
